Yes, leave the real fur at home AND bring a helmet! I missed the Philly tweed ride (showed up an hour late, eep), and in the pictures I saw later, so many people are not wearing helmets! I brought a tweed hat with me but did not wear it while riding.
The ride was amazing! And the style was top-notch... We have a video and photos here.
